At 34 Heritage, we stand behind the quality of our premium denim and want you to be completely satisfied with your fit. If your purchase isn't quite right, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and download the return packing slip to include inside your package.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in the original shipping box or a similar durable container, attach the prepaid label, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
